RCI BANQUE ISSUES € 600 MILLION IN FIVE YEAR BONDS

RCI Banque issued today a 5 year bond with a 4.375 % coupon. After the successful launch of 4 public bonds with maturities between 3 year and 18 month in 2009, this new issue reopens the 5 years maturity that had been untapped since 2007.


The success of this new issue demonstrates investor confidence in RCI banque, and reinforces RCI Banque balance sheet at a time where the growing trend in commercial activity observed since Q4 2009 is expected to continue.
