RCI Banque in your country

History
On August 21, 1974, SOFIREN (Société Financière de Renault) was set up, going by the trade name of Renault Acceptance.
In 1980, the head offices of DIAC moved to Noisy-le-Grand; its staff now numbered 1742.
On June 27, 1980, SOFIREN became Renault Crédit International (RCI).
In 1990, DIAC was incorporated into RCI, and in 1991 RCI obtained Bank status.
Then, on January 1, 2002, Renault Crédit International group became RCI Banque group.

RCI Banque, the financing firm for the Renault-Nissan Alliance
RCI Banque, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renault, specializes in automobile financing and services for Renault, Nissan, Dacia and Renault Samsung Motors brands.
We are present in 34 countries at January 1st 2008.
Financing over a third of Renault and Nissan sales, RCI is one of the leading brand financing firms, and is a driving force for winning new customers and building loyalty. The group's core business focuses on its three customer groups (the general public, companies, and dealer networks) and is perfectly in step with the manufacturers' marketing strategy.

Working to assist the Alliance, worldwide
Setting up in a new area is a three-step process : first of all, we seek and draw up a commercial agreement with a local bank partner ; next, we set up a sales office, and lastly, we create a wholly-owned subsidiary or joint-venture with our partner.
