International Enterprise Volunteer (in French: Volontariat International en Entreprise - V.I.E) is a chance to complete a professional mission abroad in a French company for both students and recent graduates in between 18 and 28.

As a VIE you will spend between 6 and 24 months in a foreign country and be responsible for a mission in your specialization. A manager of RCI Banque will be in charge of your professional tutoring and provide concrete guidance throughout the program.

Typical VIE selected by RCI Banque include recent graduates (Masters level) in the fields of managerial accounting, marketing, risk management, internal control, financial analysis, accountability and human resources.
We recommend 12-month missions, renewable to a maximum of 24 months, in the same subsidiary or changing of country.

V.I.E. may lead on to careers opportunities in the Group. For RCI Banque, it is an opportunity to acquire key competencies following the globalization of the Group activities.

To date, approximately half of the V.I.E. has been recruited for a full-time position after their mission to work in a subsidiary –the one of their mission or another one – or in the headquarters.
